BIO
Jenette Kozak, a native of New Jersey, has been acting, singing and dancing all of her life. She is a union performer with good training and professional experience to her credit. She received her BFA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and worked and trained in New York for several years before moving to Los Angeles. She has studied at the Van Mar Academy of Motion Picture and Television Acting and at The Loft Studio with Stephanie Feury. Besides being a proud board member of the Creative Actors Alliance, she is also a member of Women in Film and The Florida Project. She enjoys teaching and helping others in the industry as well as working on her own career. She recently added to her training by attending the British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England.
In the last several years, she has produced and starred in four plays and worked on countless independent film projects. She recently produced and starred in the stage and short film versions of The Family Porter, starred in Hell's Cuisinart at the Tamarind Theatre, and directed the Creative Actors Alliance short film Got Slogans?.
She has just signed on to produce and star in two one-act plays by Scott Stoddard, which will go up this fall. She is represented by Freddie Coleman at Media Artists Group.
