The Founders Mission:
The Creative Actors Alliance is a dynamic group of entertainment
professionals dedicated to ensuring success through the creation of quality
product, providing networking opportunities to the artistic community
and through steadfast promotion and support of its members. Their primary
goal consists of aiding aspiring actors, writers, directors, producers
and craftspeople in connecting with one another and achieving success
in their individual careers through sessions of networking and training
provided by the Creative Actors Alliance at little to no cost.
The Creative Actors Alliance is committed to protecting the privacy of
your personal information. Your loyalty as a visitor or a Member is important
to us, and we hope that our policies regarding your privacy, (the "Privacy
Policy"), demonstrate our commitment to making your Creative Actors Alliance
Site experience enjoyable.
For the purposes of this web site and project, The Creative Actors Alliance
will herein be referred to as "The C.A.S.T. Project, LLC" (a
subsidiary of The Creative Actors Alliance).
The information we gather
Although many parts of the Services do not require you to be a Member

information," that is, information that identifies you as an individual,
e.g., name and address), some areas--such as participation in our shows,
contests or sweepstakes, chat areas, bulletin boards, certain promotional
contests, and other specialized sections of The
C.A.S.T. Project, LLC -- do require registration and/or your submitting
personally identifiable information. The
C.A.S.T. Project, LLC also collects non-personally identifiable
information (that is, information that does not identify a specific individual),
such as certain demographic information for the Services, for both visitors
and Members. We collect such non-personally identifiable information in
part through the use of "cookies"--that is, small text files placed on

helps us streamline your experience on the Services. You hereby agree

or Member is in violation of our Terms of Use, or other published guidelines,
or engages (or is reasonably suspected of engaging) in any harmful, infringing
or illegal activity; any threatening or abusive behavior; any manipulation
of the Site or Services. You hereby agree that we may disclose such information
in connection with such events and/or concerns, even without a subpoena,
warrant, or other court order, and that we may disclose such information

or as we feel may be required to protect the Services, The

in The C.A.S.T. Project,

of the winning presentation pilot.

to perform services on our behalf, and only under reasonable disclosure
restrictions; and

and advertisers to adhere to our policies regarding the privacy of our
visitors and Members and to otherwise handle personal information in a
responsible manner, we cannot and do not assume any responsibility for
any actions of third parties, including their use of information received
either from The C.A.S.T.

Surveys and Questionnaires
Occasionally, The C.A.S.T.
Project, LLC may conduct surveys or questionnaires as part of the
entertainment experience, to better deliver content and/or to better understand
your needs relating to the Services. We will not share your survey or

The C.A.S.T. Project,
